RYA PPR ( Professional Practices & Responsibilities )

The PPR – Professional Practices and Responsibilities is a compulsory online course for new holders of RYA Commercial Endorsement. All new applicants for a commercially endorsed RYA Certificate of Competence must first pass the PPR course. The aim of the course is to introduce seafarers to the commercial world and relevant legislation.

The course is broken into four modules:

1. Commercial Environment

2. People

3. Vessel

4. Purpose

After completing the modules there is a mock assessment with which you can check if you are ready for the final online assessment.
